The apartment is on the ground floor and can be accessed as well through the garden, via the terrace and is distributed as follows.
An open plan living room, dining room and kitchen; the living room has 2 2 seater sofas, TV with some foreign channels, hot and cold air conditioning and sliding doors to the terrace, from which you have access to the communal garden. The terrace is furnished with a table and chairs for 4 diners.
The kitchen is open plan and is equipped with a 4 ring ceramic hob, oven, small fridge, microwave, washing machine, kettle etc. There are 2 bedrooms, both with air conditioning and wardrobes; one has a double bed and the other twin beds.
The complex also has a community swimming pool and a roof terrace with hammocks from which you can enjoy the sun and magnificent views of the sea and mountains.
