A lovely apartment found in the Parador- Burriana area of Nerja, and just a 10-minute walk away from the Balcon de Europa and Burriana Beach in the Urbanisation Nueva Nerja, which has 2 communal swimming pools. The property is located on the first floor (without lift) and is light and spacious with lovely views and a beautiful south-west terrace area all on the same floor
It has 2 large double bedrooms; both with 2 joined singled beds and built-in wardrobes. One bedroom has an en suite shower room and there is also another family shower room.
The large kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, oven, fridge freezer, coffee maker, toaster and kettle as well as all necessary kitchen utensils. It also has a utility room where the washing machine is found.
The living room is bright and spacious and leads onto the beautiful South -West facing terrace. It is equipped with a bed settee and a dining table and chairs for seating 6 guests, as well as with the TV that receives both National and International channels. In addition, there is a small South Facing Balcony also off the lounge.
The large terrace has a built in Barbeque, outdoor shower, a dining table and chairs as well as a pair of sun loungers. There is a pergola above the dining area that offers shade and additionaly the terace has an uncovered part destined for sunlounging.
The property has free Wi-Fi as well as air conditioning throughout. It is in a very good location and is a very comfortable apartment, ideal for enjoying a really good holiday.
Please note that children under 12 years of age are not allowed.

IMPORTANT! From October 2025 The nearby Parador Hotel is scheduled to undergo a renovation project whichis expected to last for two years and will involve significant reform of the structure of the hotel, but can of course cause noise disturbances in the surrounding areas.
Situated in the quiet, private complex of Alcazaba, close to the Parador Hotel. The complex is only 2 minutes walk to the beach and a pleasant 5 minute walk to the town centre. This penthouse is on the 2nd floor (no lift) and comprises of a comfortable, bright and airy lounge/dining room with TV that receives Spanish and non-Spanish channels, 2 sofas, table and chairs, ceiling fan and radiators, a fully-equipped separate kitchen with oven, microwave, washing machine and fridge/freezer. The Alcazaba complex is a very quiet and exclusive complex in the centre of the town and has a communal pool and garden area, it is just 2 minutes away from the beaches and 5 minutes from the centre of town.

This property is located on Calle Carabeo, the most famous street in Nerja. Very close to Balcon de Europa, it is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, bars, cafes and beach. Everything you need within walking distance.
The property is on the ground floor, in a cosy complex with communal swimming pool. It comprises 2 small bedrooms, both with two single beds and access to a small interior terrace with clothesline. A topper is available to convert 2 single beds into a double.There is a bathroom with bath. Large living room with TV with international channels with access to the street or pool area through the kitchen and covered terrace. The property offers an open space layout, with living / living room and kitchen. The property is bright and overlooks the communal pool. The pool area is accessed through the covered terrace. Air conditioned – central heating.
