Casa del Aguila is an amazing villa in the Urbanización Ladera del Mar I, close to Nerja. The villa has a private garden, pool and bbq area. When entering the villa you will step right into the light living room with a view from the balcony over the ocean. The entrance floor also offers a modern and well-equipped kitchen with an ocean view.
Upstairs is the master bedroom and a bathroom with shower. From the bedroom you have direct access to the balcony and the fantastic views over the sea.
Downstairs are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. One bedroom offers two single beds and the second bedroom offers a double bed with access to a lovely terrace over-looking the urbanisation.
From the living room you can walk straight out into a small terrace and then walk down to the pool and pool area. The pool area offers seating áreas and sun beds. After the pool area you can choose to sit in the pergola/bbq area or the snug with fantastic views over the Punta Lara urbanización, ocean and Nerja to the left. If you want a bit more peace and quite there is an area by the fountain further down in the garden.

Beautiful and modern south-facing 3-bedroom villa with amazing sea views and various terraced areas, situated close to Nerja’s famous Burriana Beach.
The villa is built over two floors and access is via a short but steep hill, leading to the private entrance and parking. By the main entrance there is a large terrace which is equipped with a pergola with a movable roof, making this an ideal area to chill-out in or out of the sun.
At the entrance there is small porch before entering the villa, once inside the villa has a modern fully equipped kitchen with fridge – freezer, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine and all of the necessary crockery and cooking utensils.
The open plan living area is bright and spacious and comprises of the following: dining area with dining table and seating for up to six people, lounge with two comfortable sofas, Smart TV, a study area plus a guest toilet
From the living room there are large sliding doors with direct access to the main terrace area which is divided over three levels and has spectacular sea views. As you step outside the living room there is an exterior dining area equipped with an extendable dining table and two comfortable easy chairs. Directly below this area there is a spacious chill-out zone with comfortable sofa, chairs, coffee table, large parasol and barbecue. On the third and final level there is access to the communal swimming pool which is shared by six other properties. Also, on this level there is a laundry room with a washing machine and drier.
On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, and two shower rooms all three with free standing wardrobe, AC and fitted with double beds. The main bedroom has an on-suite shower room and access to a glass in terrace which is fitted with a double bed and AC, from here, there is access to two separate balconies.
This villa other than being in an ideal location close to Burriana Beach and just a 15-minute walk to town and 500 meters away from the closest supermarket.
This villa is beautifully equipped and decorated and is perfect for any family looking to spend their holidays at a villa and have all the local amenities close to hand.
