On the upper floor, the master bedroom has two single beds joined with a double topper, built-in wardrobes, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has two single beds with individual toppers, built-in wardrobes, air conditioning and access to a private balcony. A second bathroom on this floor includes a bathtub with overhead shower.
On the ground floor, with its own separate private access from the outside of the house, there is a studio apartment containing the 3rd bedroom. This level also includes a bathroom with a shower and a small kitchen.
Outside, the villa features a private pool and an additional outdoor dining area, there is also an outdoor barbecue. Casa del Aguila is an amazing villa in the Urbanización Ladera del Mar I, close to Nerja. The villa has a private garden, pool and bbq area. When entering the villa you will step right into the light living room with a view from the balcony over the ocean. The entrance floor also offers a modern and well-equipped kitchen with an ocean view.
Upstairs is the master bedroom and a bathroom with shower. From the bedroom you have direct access to the balcony and the fantastic views over the sea.
Downstairs are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. One bedroom offers two single beds and the second bedroom offers a double bed with access to a lovely terrace over-looking the urbanisation.
From the living room you can walk straight out into a small terrace and then walk down to the pool and pool area. The pool area offers seating áreas and sun beds. After the pool area you can choose to sit in the pergola/bbq area or the snug with fantastic views over the Punta Lara urbanización, ocean and Nerja to the left. If you want a bit more peace and quite there is an area by the fountain further down in the garden.

Beautiful south facing villa situated in the popular urbanization of Capistrano Village which has access to all the facilities within the complex including the large communal pool, gardens bars and restaurants.

The outside area is made up of different spaces and areas, the first area we find is the lovely private swimming pool and a small outside kitchen with fridge freezer and sink. From there you can access a garden at the side of the house. On the other side of the pool area is the access to a private garage and utility room where the washing machine is stored.
This villa offers sea views and is south facing. It is a very good option to spend the perfect family holiday to enjoy the sun and the climate with total privacy.
