Urbanization Bajamar is located, 600 m from the famous Burriana Beach and is just a short walk from the center of town and all the local amenities, making it an ideal area for enjoying both the beach and town.
The well-maintained complex has a large communal pool and spacious sun terraces making it an ideal holiday home for families and couples alike
The house is built over three floors and comprises of the following; on the entrance level there is a double bedroom with fitted wardrobe and air- conditioning, stairs lead to the spacious lounge dining area with AC (hot and cold), TV (foreign channels) WIFI internet , comfortable furnishings and access via large patio doors to a lovely sunny terrace with sunbeds, sun loungers and large BBQ .
The kitchen is located on this floor and is fully equipped with electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and all modern conveniences and in addition there is a small cloak room/ toilet on this level.
On the first floor you find the large master bedroom with a king-sized bed, fitted wardrobes and air-conditioning and access to a small Juliette balcony and a spacious shower room where the washing machine is located.
The third bedroom is located on the top floor and is accessed via a wooden staircase, this room has a set of bunk beds and a single bed also has air-condition and access to a lovely terrace – Balcony with views over the pool area .

Welcome to Casa Andaluz, your perfect refuge in Nerja! This beautiful recently renovated holiday home is located in the Pueblo Andaluz urbanisation, an environment with authentic Mediterranean charm where you will find quiet streets, whitewashed facades, traditional tiles and access to a big shared community pool. It is the ideal place to disconnect and enjoy the true Andalusian atmosphere.
The location is simply spectacular. We are just 500 metres from the famous Burriana Beach, one of the most well-known and lively beaches in Nerja, full of restaurants, beach bars and shops. The best thing is that you can get there on foot without needing a car. Furthermore, the popular Balcony of Europe is just a 10-minute walk away, perfect for enjoying panoramic views of the Mediterranean.
The house is distributed over two floors and combines comfort, space and incredible outdoor areas. On the ground floor you will find a modern kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer and everything necessary for cooking. The lounge-dining room is spacious, welcoming and very bright, with air conditioning, comfortable sofas and satellite television so you can relax after a day at the beach.
Also on the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning, next to a full bathroom with shower. On the upper floor you will find two more bedrooms, both with double beds and air conditioning, as well as a second full bathroom with shower. The bedrooms are quiet and pleasant, designed to guarantee the rest and relaxation of all our guests.
The outdoor space is one of the greatest attractions of the property. At the entrance there is a lovely front patio, ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or simply relaxing in the open air. At the back, the house offers a spacious private patio with outdoor dining area, sun loungers and parasol: the perfect place for sunny breakfasts, family meals, afternoons with a book or summer dinners under the Nerja sky. Additionally, we have a terrace on the first floor where you can enjoy the views.
Thanks to its east-west orientation, the house enjoys natural light for much of the day, allowing you to make the most of both morning and afternoon sun. The property features heat pump heating, iron and washing machine for added convenience.
