Lovely 3-bedroom townhouse situated in a residential area close to the parador of Nerja, making it very convenient from here to walk to the centre of Nerja or the Burriana beach. The area is quiet, so it is perfect for relaxing, yet close enough to the centre of town to enjoy the town atmosphere.
Entering the house you find a lovely private terrace which is equipped with 1 table and 4 chairs ideal for al fresco dining.
Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen, with fridge freezer, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave and all necessary utensils and crockery. A nice and spacious dining room equipped with air conditioning, with 1 sofa and 2 armchairs, 4 chairs and a dining table. Also on this floor you will find a guest toilet.
First floor: 3 bedrooms, one of them with a double bed, the second one has two twin beds and the third one has a single bed, all bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and air conditioning . On this floor there is a modern bathroom with shower, which all 3 bedrooms share.
It has a roof terrace with beautiful views of the mountains and the village, where the sun shines all day long, access to this terrace is via a staircase with 10 very steep steps and access for children must be supervised.
The house is perfect for couples or families who want to be close to the centre of town and the beach but in a quiet area.
