Description
Situated in the quiet, private complex of Alcazaba, close to the Parador Hotel. The complex is only 2 minutes walk to the beach and a pleasant 5 minute walk to the town centre. This penthouse is on the 2nd floor (no lift) and comprises of a comfortable, bright and airy lounge/dining room with TV that receives Spanish and non-Spanish channels, 2 sofas, table and chairs, ceiling fan and radiators, a fully-equipped separate kitchen with oven, microwave, washing machine and fridge/freezer. Sliding doors lead from the lounge onto the south facing terrace, which is equipped with garden furniture and has pleasant views to the complex. The main bedroom is equipped with a double bed with TEMPUR DELUXE mattress, wardrobe, hot and cold air conditioning and en suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has twin beds, a wardrobe, hot and cold air conditioning and an en suite bathroom with bath. The 2 en-suite bathrooms are fully fitted, one with shower and the other with bath. The apartment has a large roof terrace with sea and mountains views, bbq, table, chairs and sunbeds (the access is via a spiral staircase) ideal for dining "al fresco". The Alcazaba complex is a very quiet and exclusive complex in the centre of the town and has a communal pool and garden area, it is just 2 minutes away from the beaches and 5 minutes from the centre of town.

Beautiful one bedroom apartment situated in the popular San Juan de Capistrano urbanisation. This spacious apartment has easy access and fantastic sea views from its south facing terrace. On entering there is a small hall, which leads into the main living area, with a very modern fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer and dish washer (washing machine is stored in the bathroom). The lounge is decorated and furnished in a modern and comfortable style with a double sofa bed for 2 people, satellite TV, and separate dining area with large table and chairs which has access to the terrace. The apartment has a large bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobes and fantastic views; there is one good sized shower room. The large south facing terrace has beautiful views over the urbanisation and the coast of Nerja and is fitted with its own private Jacuzzi so you can relax and enjoy the views plus a large table and chairs for dining al fresco . The apartment has free wifi internet. All clients have access to the communal pool which is open from march to October. This property is located on Calle Carabeo, the most famous street in Nerja. Very close to Balcon de Europa, it is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, bars, cafes and beach. Everything you need within walking distance. The property is on the ground floor, in a cosy complex with communal swimming pool. It comprises 2 small bedrooms, both with two single beds and access to a small interior terrace with clothesline. A topper is available to convert 2 single beds into a double.There is a bathroom with bath. Large living room with TV with international channels with access to the street or pool area through the kitchen and covered terrace. The property offers an open space layout, with living / living room and kitchen. The property is bright and overlooks the communal pool. The pool area is accessed through the covered terrace. We really liked this apartment & the complex & would return here again without hesitation. The pool was extremely clean & quiet. The apartment was also very clean & sufficient changes of linen were provided. The only reason for the slight reduction see more

The only reason for the slight reduction on score for cleaning was the roof terrace did not appear to have been cleaned before our stay as it was incredibly dusty and the hammock & some cushions had been left dirty in the storage box. The roof terrace was otherwise a great place to relax & enjoy. The kitchen was also extremely well equipped.

The only negatives were regarding the roof terrace. One of the sun umbrellas was also broken & unuseable. This did not affect our stay, however, as we were only two people. I do understand of course that with holiday rentals an element of wear & tearsee more
