The apartment is located on the fifth floor (with lift) in a complex with garden areas and swimming pool (open all year). It consists of two bedrooms, main with double bed and the second with two single beds, both with fitted wardrobes. The living-room has a sofa, table and chairs and access to a balcony with beautiful views to the mountains and Nerja. The TV has both Spanish and non-Spanish channels and there is free wifi. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, microwave, washing machine and fridge freezer. The apartment has a spacious bathroom with shower. This is an ideal apartment for couples and families alike seeking to be in the centre, with easy access to all amenities. All rooms have air conditioning.

Beautiful one bedroom apartment situated in the popular San Juan de Capistrano urbanisation. This spacious apartment has easy access and fantastic sea views from its south facing terrace. On entering there is a small hall, which leads into the main living area, with a very modern fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer and dish washer (washing machine is stored in the bathroom). Well situated apartment in a building close to Torrecilla Beach and only 10 minutes’ walk away from the Balcon de Europa and close to all amenities. The property is situated on the 2nd floor (with lift) and comprises an open plan kitchen fully equipped with oven, microwave, electric hob and kitchen utensils, lounge-dining area with sofa bed and television, hot and cold air conditioning and a west facing terrace with table and chairs; shower room with washing machine and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (joined by a topper), hot and cold air conditioning and fitted wardrobes. The apartment is very bright and has lovely sea views. The building has a nice communal garden area with swimming pool. Very good Apartment. Only disadvantage is that it is North facing with a very tiny balcony. If one doesn’t mind that it’s great Apartment.

Nerja is stunning and the apartment was fabulous, so modern,clean and had everything you could need for your stay. It is within walking distance to everything and has shops and restaurants across the road if needed. The complex is beautiful,clean and well maintained. Pool area provided shade and plenty of sun traps. I would highly recommend this apartment and the view from it will take your breath away. Thank you to Lynn,Alice and Alonso and providing such a beautiful property and being so helpful. We will be back no doubt.
