Beautiful one bedroom apartment situated in the popular San Juan de Capistrano urbanisation.
This spacious apartment has easy access and fantastic sea views from its south facing terrace.
On entering there is a small hall, which leads into the main living area, with a very modern fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer and dish washer (washing machine is stored in the bathroom). The lounge is decorated and furnished in a modern and comfortable style with a double sofa bed for 2 people, satellite TV, and separate dining area with large table and chairs which has access to the terrace.
The apartment has a large bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobes and fantastic views; there is one good sized shower room.
The large south facing terrace has beautiful views over the urbanisation and the coast of Nerja and is fitted with its own private Jacuzzi so you can relax and enjoy the views plus a large table and chairs for dining al fresco . The apartment has free wifi internet.
All clients have access to the communal pool which is open from march to October.
This apartment offers an excellent standard of accommodation for couple or small families.

This property is located on Calle Carabeo, the most famous street in Nerja. Very close to Balcon de Europa, it is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, bars, cafes and beach. Everything you need within walking distance.
The property is on the ground floor, in a cosy complex with communal swimming pool. It comprises 2 small bedrooms, both with two single beds and access to a small interior terrace with clothesline. A topper is available to convert 2 single beds into a double.There is a bathroom with bath. Large living room with TV with international channels with access to the street or pool area through the kitchen and covered terrace. The property offers an open space layout, with living / living room and kitchen. The property is bright and overlooks the communal pool. The pool area is accessed through the covered terrace. Air conditioned – central heating.

Nerja is stunning and the apartment was fabulous, so modern,clean and had everything you could need for your stay. It is within walking distance to everything and has shops and restaurants across the road if needed. The complex is beautiful,clean and well maintained. Pool area provided shade and plenty of sun traps. I would highly recommend this apartment and the view from it will take your breath away. Thank you to Lynn,Alice and Alonso and providing such a beautiful property and being so helpful. We will be back no doubt.

We had beautiful views from the balcony especially at night. Ourselves and family have stayed in this complex previously and it is great. Pool area has sunny and shady areas and Spacious even at busy times. Lifeguards on duty all day and toilet facilities available at the pool. The apartment is located in a very central area about 10 minute walk to balcon and beach. Plenty of great shops and restaurants beside apartment. As always alice and team were so lovely and helpful to deal with. We would highly recommend this apartment and also the agency to book any of their apartments. Thanks again and we will see you next year.
