Lovely apartment with amazing sea views located in the famous street Prolongacion de Carabeo in the centre of Nerja, close to the Parador and only 2 minutes from the beach. The complex has a large garden and communal swimming pool.
The flat is situated on the third floor and has a spacious and bright living room with a sofa and two armchairs, TV (International Channels) , air conditioning with access to a small balcony with a table and chairs with uninterrupted sea views. Being situated on the corner of the building you have panoramic views of the coast and also has the added advantage of allowing more air flow which makes it cooler when the windows are open. The dining area is equipped with a large table and chairs and from here you have access to a second terrace with table and chairs ideal to spend some quality time enjoying the sea views ad dining al fresco .
In addition, the flat has a fully equipped independent kitchen, with microwave, dishwasher, electric oven, fridge- Freezer and ceramic hob.

Beautiful one bedroom apartment situated in the popular San Juan de Capistrano urbanisation.
This spacious apartment has easy access and fantastic sea views from its south facing terrace.
On entering there is a small hall, which leads into the main living area, with a very modern fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer and dish washer (washing machine is stored in the bathroom). The lounge is decorated and furnished in a modern and comfortable style with a double sofa bed for 2 people, satellite TV, and separate dining area with large table and chairs which has access to the terrace.

All clients have access to the communal pool which is open from march to October.
