Situated in the popular building Bahia, it is close to all amenities such as bars restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy and public transport links. The nearest beach Carabeillo is only 120 m away (2-minute walk down steps) and the town centre is a pleasant stroll away.
The apartment is on a 4th floor (with lift). Upon entrance is an open plan kitchen fully equipped with fridge-freezer electric oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, coffee machine and all of the necessary crockery and utensils to cook with.
The living space is also open plan and consists of the following:
A lounge area with a comfortable 2 - seater sofa and coffee table, smart TV with Spanish and International channels.
Dining area furnished with wooden table and chairs, plus another seating area with a comfortable sofa.
From the living room is access to a south-facing terrace featuring amazing close up sea views. Equipped with a small table and two chairs where you can enjoy both the sun rise and sun sets.
There are two bedrooms: the master bedroom is fitted with a double bed, has built-in wardrobes, and has access to a west-facing terrace with a set of table and chairs. Beautiful one bedroom apartment situated in the popular San Juan de Capistrano urbanisation.
This spacious apartment has easy access and fantastic sea views from its south facing terrace.
On entering there is a small hall, which leads into the main living area, with a very modern fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer and dish washer (washing machine is stored in the bathroom). The lounge is decorated and furnished in a modern and comfortable style with a double sofa bed for 2 people, satellite TV, and separate dining area with large table and chairs which has access to the terrace.
The apartment has a large bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobes and fantastic views; there is one good sized shower room.
The large south facing terrace has beautiful views over the urbanisation and the coast of Nerja and is fitted with its own private Jacuzzi so you can relax and enjoy the views plus a large table and chairs for dining al fresco . The apartment has free wifi internet.
All clients have access to the communal pool which is open from march to October.
