The apartment has recently been completely transformed with all brand-new furniture fittings and fixtures and is beautifully decorated from top to bottom. It is situated on the second floor (without lift) of the well maintained and private urbanization Alcazaba, this is a very quiet urbanization that has a communal pool and gardens.
Once inside, the apartment comprises of the following: a modern, fully-fitted kitchen equipped with fridge-freezer, coffee machine, electric microwave-oven, electric hob and all of the necessary crockery and utensils for your stay.
The open plan living and dining room is spacious and beautifully decorated, furnished with a comfortable 3-seater sofa, coffee table, dining table and chairs. Equipped with air conditioning, flat screen TV with Spanish and international channels, Wifi internet throughout the property.
There are big sliding windows that give you direct access to the south facing terrace with table, chairs and views looking over the communal pool and gardens.
There are two bedrooms, one of them with two single beds, ceiling fan and AC, wardrobe and views of the tennis courts. The other bedroom consists of one double bed, AC, built-in wardrobes and views of the urbanization. In between both bedrooms are two good sized shower rooms, both with heated floors.
A spiral staircase takes you up to the stunning roof terrace with sun most of the day and sea views. Furnished with a dining table and chairs for eating al fresco, two sunbeds and an outdoor shower to cool off. Here is also a laundry cupboard with a washing machine and drying rack.
Overall this penthouse apartment is in one of the most sought-after areas for holiday rentals and is a beautiful property to spend your holidays at.

Situated in the quiet, private complex of Alcazaba, close to the Parador Hotel. The complex is only 2 minutes walk to the beach and a pleasant 5 minute walk to the town centre. This penthouse is on the 2nd floor (no lift) and comprises of a comfortable, bright and airy lounge/dining room with TV that receives Spanish and non-Spanish channels, 2 sofas, table and chairs, ceiling fan and radiators, a fully-equipped separate kitchen with oven, microwave, washing machine and fridge/freezer. Sliding doors lead from the lounge onto the south facing terrace, which is equipped with garden furniture and has pleasant views to the complex. The main bedroom is equipped with a double bed with TEMPUR DELUXE mattress, wardrobe, hot and cold air conditioning and en suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has twin beds, a wardrobe, hot and cold air conditioning and an en suite bathroom with bath. The 2 en-suite bathrooms are fully fitted, one with shower and the other with bath. The apartment has a large roof terrace with sea and mountains views, bbq, table, chairs and sunbeds (the access is via a spiral staircase) ideal for dining "al fresco". The Alcazaba complex is a very quiet and exclusive complex in the centre of the town and has a communal pool and garden area, it is just 2 minutes away from the beaches and 5 minutes from the centre of town.

This property is located on Calle Carabeo, the most famous street in Nerja. Very close to Balcon de Europa, it is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, bars, cafes and beach. Everything you need within walking distance.
The property is on the ground floor, in a cosy complex with communal swimming pool. It comprises 2 small bedrooms, both with two single beds and access to a small interior terrace with clothesline. A topper is available to convert 2 single beds into a double.There is a bathroom with bath. Large living room with TV with international channels with access to the street or pool area through the kitchen and covered terrace. The property offers an open space layout, with living / living room and kitchen. The property is bright and overlooks the communal pool. The pool area is accessed through the covered terrace. Air conditioned – central heating.
