The property is located on the first floor and comprises of the following; entrance hall, independent good sized fully fitted and equipped kitchen with Electric oven, ceramic hob, electric kettle, microwave, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine.
A spacious light and airy lounge dining area with AC, WIFI internet, TV with Spanish and international programs, dining table, sofa and sofabed for 1 person and access to a large sunny terrace (18M2) furnished with dining table and chairs, sun beds and comfortable terrace sofa and chairs with views over the complex and down to the coast.
There are two bedrooms, one large double room with direct access to the terrace, ceiling fan, ensuite bathroom and a smaller twin with AC; both with fitted wardrobes. There is also a second bathroom with fitted shower.
There is an option to rent a private garage for 20€/day which is located in the basement of the complex
This is a great apartment in an excellent location and is ideal for family holidays for those wanting to be close to the beach.

Beautiful one bedroom apartment situated in the popular San Juan de Capistrano urbanisation.
This spacious apartment has easy access and fantastic sea views from its south facing terrace.
On entering there is a small hall, which leads into the main living area, with a very modern fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer and dish washer (washing machine is stored in the bathroom). The lounge is decorated and furnished in a modern and comfortable style with a double sofa bed for 2 people, satellite TV, and separate dining area with large table and chairs which has access to the terrace.
The apartment has a large bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobes and fantastic views; there is one good sized shower room.
The large south facing terrace has beautiful views over the urbanisation and the coast of Nerja and is fitted with its own private Jacuzzi so you can relax and enjoy the views plus a large table and chairs for dining al fresco . The apartment has free wifi internet.
All clients have access to the communal pool which is open from march to October.
This apartment offers an excellent standard of accommodation for couple or small families.

El piso es precioso, limpio, cómodas todas las camas. La terraza perfecta. Realmente no hemos utilizado el salón, hemos hecho todo en las terrazas.
