Beautiful two bedroom apartment situated in the popular San Juan de Capistrano urbanisation.
This spacious apartment has easy access and fantastic sea views from its south facing terrace.
On entering we find the main living area, with a very modern fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine. The lounge is decorated and furnished in a modern style with a comfortable sofa, hot and cold air conditioning, TV with Spanish and International channels and a separate dining area with large table and chairs. From this living area we find the access to the terrace.
The apartment has a large bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobes and fantastic views and the second bedroom has twin beds; there is one good sized, modern shower room.
The large south facing terrace has beautiful views over the urbanisation and the coast of Nerja, a large table and chairs for dining al fresco and a sofa and armchairs to relax in and enjoy the view. The apartment has free wifi.
All clients have access to the communal pool which is open during the summer season
This apartment offers an excellent standard of accommodation for either couples or families.
