Fantastic 3 bedroom apartment situated in the well maintained urbanisation of Señorio de Capistrano, located just above the well known Capistrano village.

The apartment is on the ground floor but in an elevated position from the garden area, of a small block of apartments, built and furnished to a very high standard. It has amazing views of the coast and is part of a small urbanisation which has its own tropical gardens and pretty communal pool.

The apartment is built over one level and comprises of the following; an entrance hall that leads on to a spacious and beautifully furnished lounge with patio doors leading on to a large south-east facing terrace (60m2) with table and chairs, ideal for outdoor dining, from here there are amazing views of the sea and the coast of Nerja. The kitchen is separate from the lounge and is fully fitted with modern units, dishwasher, electric oven and ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, toaster, coffee-maker, there are three bedrooms, the main bedroom has a double bed and the others have single beds. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. There are 2 complete bathrooms (one en suite), both have baths with overhead showers. There is hot and cold air-conditioning throughout the apartment and free wifi.

There is an underground parking space for those with a car.

Bright and modern 3 bed holiday home with communal swimming pool and various terrace areas within easy walking distance of Burriana Beach.
Situated in a quiet urbanization only 700m and 12 minute walk to the well-known Burriana Beach. The property is distributed over 2 floors that are beautifully decorated from top to bottom and comprises of the following: the ground floor has entrance hall, shower room, independent kitchen fully equipped with fridge-freezer, electric oven, ceramic hob, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher, coffee machine and all of the necessary crockery and utensils. The kitchen has access to a small terrace facing the street. The first floor consists of a second bedroom fitted with two single beds, built-in wardrobe, AC and a small balcony; a sitting area (reading room), a master bedroom with double bed, built-in wardrobes, AC and access to a west-facing terrace furnished with two chairs and with views looking over the communal swimming pool. Both bedrooms share a good-sized bathroom.

Overall, this accommodation is ideal for any family looking to spend their holidays in a quiet urbanization close to Burriana, with swimming pool and plenty of outside space to enjoy.
