Description
Completely modernised apartment in first line of the Carabeillo Beach, fully air conditioned, with wonderful views to the sea and just a few minutes walk from the Balcon de Europa. It has a brand new, open plan kitchen, 2 shower rooms and new floors throughout. The apartment consists of: fully equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, tableware and crockery, a spacious and bright living-room with table and four chairs in addition to a 3 seater sofa and an armchair, as well as TV with Spanish and non Spanish channels. The main bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom two single beds, both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. There are 2 shower rooms. From the living room and the master bedroom there is a large South facing terrace and very nice views to the sea as well as to urbanization and its gardens and swimming pool. The apartment offers free Wi-Fi to its customers. Around there are many shops, bars and restaurants.

Beautiful one bedroom apartment situated in the popular San Juan de Capistrano urbanisation.
This spacious apartment has easy access and fantastic sea views from its south facing terrace.
On entering there is a small hall, which leads into the main living area, with a very modern fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer and dish washer (washing machine is stored in the bathroom). The lounge is decorated and furnished in a modern and comfortable style with a double sofa bed for 2 people, satellite TV, and separate dining area with large table and chairs which has access to the terrace.
The apartment has a large bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobes and fantastic views; there is one good sized shower room.
The large south facing terrace has beautiful views over the urbanisation and the coast of Nerja and is fitted with its own private Jacuzzi so you can relax and enjoy the views plus a large table and chairs for dining al fresco . The apartment has free wifi internet.
All clients have access to the communal pool which is open from march to October.
This apartment offers an excellent standard of accommodation for couple or small families.

Modern apartment near Playa Burriana, in the Chimenea area. The apartment is on the ground floor and consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two beds, a small, modern kitchen with a washing machine, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, living-dining room with TV with international and national channels, air conditioning-heating and access to the large terrace facing south east and overlooking the street. The complex has a community pool.

We had a great almost 2 week stay here in July. Apartment is exactly like the photos, everything you need - lots of kitchen utensils, smart TV (easy to log into your own netflix etc). Bedrooms were a good size, beds comfy. The apartment block very see more

Bedrooms were a good size, beds comfy. The apartment block very well maintained, the pool was lovely (it is deep 1.4m shallowest end) which my kids loved. The pool was never too busy. Location was fab - less than a 5 min walk to a variety of beaches, lots of places to eat - everything was less than a 20 min walk. Bigger supermarkets about 15 mins walk - everything was walkable which was ideal for us. Would highly recommend.
