Bright apartment in the best condition in urb. Señorío de Capistrano, which is a very well-kept association ("gated community") with beautiful garden and communal pool for the residents. The view of the area and Nerja is glorious and the location with large terrace (furnished with two seating areas) directly to the south allows you to fully enjoy the light and sun from sunrise to sunset and beautiful views of the sea. The apartment consists of a hall, large well-equipped kitchen with window, lounge with sofa bed and dining area and exit to the terrace, inner hall also with exit to the terrace, bedroom with two beds and small balcony, bathroom, a larger double bedroom and bathroom en-suite . The larger bedroom also has access to the terrace. Plenty of storage in both bedrooms and the hall. The apartment is equipped with A / C in all rooms and ceiling fan in the bedrooms, heated towel rail and windows in the bathrooms, washing machine in one.
